Project involves demolition of existing cargon cool room and construction of a new 4000m2 cold store cool room. In addition to the coolroom construction, upgrade of the existing factory amenities will take place along with an overhead walkway tying the new coolroom to the factory amenities. Upgrades to all existing hardstands will take place throughout the project with complex staging of the works in order to maintain Lion operations for the duration of the works.
